SIMPLE GUACAMOLE
When it comes to guacamole, I say the simpler the better. This is so fresh and easy to make, and of course, customizable to your taste. Believe it or not, you can make this ahead of time!
You can make this a few hours ahead of serving if cover with Saran Wrap as tight as possible. Press into the guacamole and try to get out all air bubbles. Refrigerate until ready to serve and it will not turn brown. If you like spice, add a diced fresh jalapeño. Sometimes we’ll add a diced Roma tomato, a little cilantro, or pico de Gallo if we have it. There’s instructions below for a crowd or just for a couple. Customize it however you like, but trust me, it’s great as is!
Y’all let me know what you think!
