Description
I’m so picky when it comes to potato salad, and if you love Whole Hog as much as I do – you’re going to love this one!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.75 lb red potatoes
- ½ TBS Sugar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp dry parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry ranch dressing mix
- ¼ cup chives
- 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled (about 12 slices)
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayo
- ½ TBS white vinegar
Instructions
- Wash and slice potatoes.
- Bring a big pot of water to a boil and add the sliced potatoes. Cook until fork tender.
- Once cooked, mix together with all ingredients while still warm. (I save a little bacon and chives to put on top before serving.)
- Refrigerate for at least a few hours prior to serving.
Notes
- Can double for a large crowd.
- I know it feels like a lot of bacon, but trust me and go with it.
