I have never been a jersey girl. Which is a little funny, because I love merch. I just don't usually wear it out of the house. So every fall I find myself staring at my closet trying to figure out what to wear to a college football game. This time I shopped my closet, added a red scarf, and it was perfect for our Husker tailgate. (It was also where I learned, once again, that I'm too old to tailgate all day. A lesson I apparently need to relearn every season.)
Anyway, this outfit is polished enough for a pregame brunch, comfortable enough for a full day of tailgating, and it shows team spirit without looking like I raided the stadium gift shop. I hope it gives you some game day inspo!
