SAUSAGE GREEN CHILE CRUSTLESS QUICHE
This has become one of our favorite go-to breakfasts.
We truly make it about 1-2 x’s a month! One reason is that we can whip it up on a lazy Sunday morning, and have it for breakfast for the first few days of the week (when we tend to be the busiest). It also has just enough spice, we are big green chile fans. If quiche isn’t your thing, you can also grease a muffin tin and make little egg bites for on the go. Couldn’t be easier.
Y’all let me know what you think!
