Description
This classic ‘Pink Lady’ is a variant on the Gin Fizz, sweetened with grenadine to give it a pink hue. A cocktail hour favorite!
Ingredients
Scale
50ml (2 fl oz) Gin
30ml (1 fl oz) Fresh Lemon Juice
5-10ml (¼ fl oz) Grenadine
1 Egg White
Instructions
Shake all the ingredients for at least 10 seconds without ice (this creates the froth).
Add ice to shaker and shake for a second time.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
