The short version: some links on this site earn me a commission, and I only recommend things I actually use and like. The longer version is below.

Some posts on this site contain affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, I may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. The price you pay is exactly the same whether you use my link or go to the retailer directly.

Any post containing affiliate links will say so at the top of the post, before the first link.

What commissions do not change

They do not change what I recommend. I link to things I have bought, used, worn, eaten, stayed in, or would spend my own money on. If I did not like something, I either say so or I do not write about it.

Sponsored content

If a brand pays me to write a post, that post will say so clearly at the top. I only accept sponsorships from companies whose products I would talk about anyway.

Gifted items

Occasionally a brand sends me something at no cost. If an item in a post was gifted, I will note it. Receiving something for free does not guarantee it gets written about, and it does not buy a positive review.

Opinions

Everything here is my own opinion, based on my own experience. I am not a doctor, a dermatologist, a financial advisor, or a professional chef. Take what is useful and ignore the rest.
