If you’ve never had a Southern Sausage Ball, then you probably haven’t been to a Southern bridal shower/brunch/baby shower/etc.
One of my favorite appetizers and the hardest part is just mixing everything together! Josh also likes to have them in the fridge to warms up with eggs for breakfast. Y’all let me know what you think!

4 ingredients, the perfect appetizer or brunch add on! These Sausage Balls are one of my favorite appetizers and the hardest part is just mixing everything together!
Ingredients

- 1 Lb Hot Breakfast Sausage
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 – 1 1/2 Cups Bisquick
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
- Let all ingredients come to room temperature.
- Combine all ingredients, making sure to fully incorporate everything (this takes a while, and you may need to use your hands).
- Using a small cookie scoop, place on parchment covered cookie sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Cool for a few minutes on pan before transferring to wire rack.
- Serve immediately, or store in fridge for up to 3 days.
- Prep Time: 20 minutes
- Cook Time: 30 minutes
