These are a favorite for Josh and his family, and they really couldn’t be easier to make. This would be a fun one to get the kids involved in!
No oven, candy thermometer, etc. required! All you really need is a microwave to melt the chocolate, but be warned, they are crazy addicting… Y’all let me know what you think!

Description
Similar to a buckeye, but these also have Rice Krispies. A family favorite!
Ingredients
1 Stick Margarine
1 Cups Chunky Peanut Butter
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
2 1/2 Cups Rice Krispies
12oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Paraffin or Coconut Oil (optional)
Instructions
Mix the margarine, peanut butter, powdered sugar and Rice Krispies together in large bowl.
Form into balls, about walnut size, and place on cookie sheet in the refrigerator to chill.
Melt chocolate chips with a spoonful of coconut oil or 1/2 bar of paraffin. (Coconut oil and paraffin are option, but do help the chocolate coating set.)
Remove balls from fridge and dip top 1/3-1/2 in the melted chocolate.
*Optional we store ours in the fridge.
