Mountain Peach Cobbler

The photo does not do this cobbler justice. It’s “phenomenal” in the words of my husband. This is also the perfect cobbler for people that don’t really like to bake, but want to bake – if you know what I mean. You have to give it a try!

When you make this, it is going to feel wrong. You’re going to want the batter to be thicker, you’ll think there’s too much sugar on top, you’ll be worried that it won’t turn out – but trust me – just pop it in the oven and you’re good to go!

This tastes so much more complex than it is, and the perfect use for those summer peaches. Y’all let me know what you think!
