This yummy lemon cocktail is a sister to the Pink Lady. Very similar but you definitely taste more fresh lemon with this version. It’s like an incredibly smooth, boozy lemonade.

It’s Josh’s new favorite cocktail and so perfect for warm summer nights. Y’all let me know what you think!

Description

A sister to the Pink Lady, this dreamy lemon cocktail is perfect for warm summer nights!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces Dry Gin (we used Ford’s London Dry Gin)
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 1 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) for at least 15-30 seconds (this creates the froth).
  • Add ice to shaker and shake for a second time.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass and enjoy!

Notes

Egg whites from a carton are completely fine! I cannot tell a difference and it doesn’t waste all of your eggs.
