Chicken Spaghetti

This chicken spaghetti is creamy with a touch of spice and a bit of garlic. It’s a comfort food favorite in our house, and while it’s not the light summer recipe I should probably be focusing on…. comfort food is good anytime of the year. Y’all let me know what you think!

Chicken Spaghetti

Description

Comfort food holy grail recipe! 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 LB Chicken Breast
  • 1 Can Rotel
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 8 oz Velveeta
  • 1 package Spaghetti Noodles
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Boil chicken in a large pot of salted water. When chicken is done, remove from pot and shred/set aside.
  • Keeping water at a boil, add spaghetti noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente. When done, drain broth.
  • Return the cooked spaghetti to the pot on the stove over low heat. 
  • Add shredded chicken, soup, rotel and cheese. 
  • Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. 
  • When cheese is melted, dinner is ready!
  • Prep Time: 20 minutes
  • Cook Time: 20 minutes
