Ingredients

- 1 LB Chicken Breast
- 1 Can Rotel
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 8 oz Velveeta
- 1 package Spaghetti Noodles
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Boil chicken in a large pot of salted water. When chicken is done, remove from pot and shred/set aside.
- Keeping water at a boil, add spaghetti noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente. When done, drain broth.
- Return the cooked spaghetti to the pot on the stove over low heat.
- Add shredded chicken, soup, rotel and cheese.
- Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
- When cheese is melted, dinner is ready!
