Another easy side dish that we truly make weekly! We make this with steaks, roast chicken, salmon – you name it. It’s slightly spicy, and some may say it’s over cooked, but we like it that way. You be the judge!

Blistered Green Beans

Description

We make these blistered green beans weekly, definitely a staple in our house!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Fresh Green Beans
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tbs Olive Oil 

Instructions

  • Preheat over to 425 degrees.
  • Toss all ingredients in large bowl. 
  • Put on cookie sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until slightly blistered. (Can turn it on broil for the last few minutes if needed, but watch closely!)
  • Prep Time: 5 Minutes
  • Cook Time: 25 Minutes
