Aperol Spritz

Things are starting to open up around here, but we’re still staying close to home. So, we’re still making drinks at home as well. ANYWAY, if you haven’t tried an Aperol Spritz yet, you must. It’s so easy and refreshing and our drink of choice for floating in the blow-up pool. (Covid purchases y’all.)

Feel free to play with the proportions, it can be a little bitter if you get too much Aperol, but it’s so smooth when you get the measurements right. Y’all let me know what you think!

Aperol Spritz

Description

Spritz = the best summer cocktail!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ounces Prosecco or Champagne
  • 2 ounces Aperol
  • 1 1/2 ounce Topo Chico (or soda water)
  • Garnish: Orange Wheel

Instructions

  • Add ice to a wine glass until it is nearly full.
  • Pour in the Aperol, Prosecco & Topo Chico.
  • Give a quick stir and top off with a slice of orange. Cheers Y’all!

Play with the proportions to get it to your exact taste.
