Air Fryer Cauliflower

Josh was less than thrilled when I said we were having cauliflower with steak night and not his normal baked potatoes… but he ended up loving it. (Still probably wanted a baked potato, but trying to be healthy-ish, ya know?)

This side dish takes 20 minutes and is packed with flavor! The air fryer also gives it a great texture. Y’all let me know what you think!
