This yummy lemon cocktail is a sister to the Pink Lady. Very similar but you definitely taste more fresh lemon with this version. It’s like an incredibly smooth, boozy lemonade.

Lemon Gin Cocktail

Description
A sister to the Pink Lady, this dreamy lemon cocktail is perfect for warm summer nights!
Ingredients

- 2 ounces Dry Gin (we used Ford’s London Dry Gin)
- 1 ounce Cointreau
- 1 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) for at least 15-30 seconds (this creates the froth).
- Add ice to shaker and shake for a second time.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass and enjoy!
Notes
Egg whites from a carton are completely fine! I cannot tell a difference and it doesn’t waste all of your eggs.
