Strawberry Watermelon Caprese Salad

This fruit salad will be on repeat all summer long at our house. I cannot get enough of it. With all the grilling and smoking we’ve been doing, it’s the perfect light side dish and couldn’t be easier to make.

Strawberry Watermelon Caprese Salad

Description

My favorite summer fruit salad. Perfect light side to go with your summer cookouts!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Cups Watermelon (cubed)
  • 2 Cups Strawberries (halved)
  • 1/4 –1/2 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Basil (torn)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat. 
  • Can be made ahead, but only by a few hours. 
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
